Manitoba Winter Wedding

It has been a chilly winter so far and to be honest I was a tad nervous to shoot another January, cold,  winter wedding. As anyone who knows me knows I am a big suck when it comes to cold weather.

However; this January wedding was a totally different story. This gorgeous event took place on January 20th, 2018 and it was the perfect day to kickstart my 2018 wedding season.

It was a sunny, warm winter day for these two lovebirds and we were ALL so thankful.

The ceremony took place in her hometown and then the evening fun in his hometown. In between we hit the valley and river for some wedding party fun and photos.

Thank You John & Dana for asking me to be a part of your dream day.

I wish you a lifetime of love & laughter.

Holiday Traditions

Every holiday season my mom makes gingerbread houses with our kids. This year; we did them at our house with my brother, my husband Ryan and my dad (the supervisor lol).  There was alot of candy, icing and alot of laughs as we tried to get our houses to stay together.

I absolutely love the little things about the holidays such as building houses and the fun and memories that go along with it!

What are some holiday traditions that you and your family do? Leave a comment below :)

Christmas Is Coming .....

For the past 12 years; I have been capturing Santa Photos. It started when my son was born and my dear friend Kelly; owner of  (Gone Scrappin In Bloom) decided to join forces and create a local Santa Photo Event in Rossburn, MB.

Fast forward many many years; I now am a part of 3 local events in 3 different towns! It is such a fun time of year and I absolutely love the holiday season and all the smiles and joy that go with it!

Out of the 250 kids that came to see Santa ... here are just a few smiling faces :)

Fall Family Sessions

This fall was full of wonderful family sessions! It is by far my most favorite time of year for family photos. The colors are beautiful, the trees are stunning, the summer glows are still visible and the weather is perfect!

I take such pride in my work and absolutely love what I do! Seeing those special moments come to life on a wall canvas or a large portrait on your clients wall is the BEST feeling!

Here is just a handful of shots of my wonderful clients!

W&S ~ Clear Lake Wedding

Wyatt & Sheryl had the perfect day for an August wedding. It started with the girls getting ready at the cabin and a beautiful church ceremony to follow in Erickson.

We spent the afternoon in and around Clear Lake taking pictures with family, friends and the wedding party. What an awesome wedding party; so easy going and fun!

The reception was at Danceland where the celebration continued into the evening and Trident Music rocked the night away!

Ohhhhh the decor. It was absolutely stunning. Party Professionals turned Danceland into an elegant setting filled with purple and white decor.

After supper; Wyatt, Sheryl & I walked down the boardwalk for some beautiful sunset photos where the two of them could have some alone time on the pier.

Thank you for asking me to be a part of your special day!
